We are seeking a Creative Coordinator to support our production and development executives in Tokyo. In this role, you will be at the heart of our creative operations — managing the flow of submissions, tracking projects through development, and ensuring seamless communication between our internal teams and external creative partners. You'll play a critical role in keeping our slate moving forward by coordinating across Legal, Marketing, Business Affairs, and Production, while also serving as a key point of contact for external writers, producers, and talent representatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine passion for storytelling and the entertainment industry. You'll need sharp attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams. Key job responsibilities - Manage and maintain submission tracking systems, ensuring all incoming pitches, scripts, and creative materials are logged, routed, and followed up on in a timely manner - Track projects through all stages of development, maintaining up-to-date status reports for the creative executive team - Coordinate internal and external meetings including development discussions, pitch sessions, and cross-functional syncs with Legal, Marketing, Business Affairs, and Production - Serve as a key point of contact for external creative partners including writers, producers, agents, and talent representatives - Prepare meeting agendas
