The Content Producer opportunity allows an ambitious early-career professional to develop and deliver compelling narratives across real-time moments, campaigns, and editorial series. The Content Producer plays a key part in helping the Content team scale: ensuring great moments are captured, stories are told consistently, and content moves efficiently from idea to execution. You’ll have access to high-profile initiatives while building real, transferable content skills! Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA. A Day in the Life of a Content Producer: Concept, produce, and edit multimedia content (video, photography, audio) for various channels, including employee communications, corporate social media, and executive visibility. Support end-to-end production, from planning and scripting to filming, editing, and post-production. Develop processes to enable high-scale employee-generated content, including filming mentorship, shot lists, toolkits, and standard methodologies.
