Must Have

3–5 years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, digital marketing, or related fields, understanding of branding, content development, social media, and community engagement, Ability to translate business goals into creative concepts and integrated brand strategies, Excellent communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills, Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail, Highly proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Define and evolve Bjak’s brand narrative

and messaging across markets

Lead the ideation and development of creative concepts for campaigns that strengthen brand perception and audience engagement

Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints

and marketing activities

Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns to drive awareness

Work closely with designers

and cross-functional teams to translate brand strategies into high-quality creative assets

Monitor campaign performance

and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement

Oversee content strategy for social media

and community channels to ensure impactful storytelling

Build and nurture an active online/offline community aligned with Bjak’s mission and brand values

Develop initiatives that increase participation

Identify and leverage user-generated content to strengthen brand authenticity

Collaborate with influencers

and brand advocates to amplify Bjak’s reach

Develop programs that turn loyal users into brand champions and ambassadors

Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights that support brand strategy and future campaigns
