Industry & Context.
Ability to work in manufacturing environment which includes but not limited to: noise, changing temperatures (hot, wet, cold, humid), standing/walkingending/stooping/climbing stairs, maneuvering around manufacturing equipment consistently throughout the shift., Fine manipulation and dexterity, gripping and squeezing., Visual acuity with the ability to see color., Working with chemicals, wearing personal protective equipment and following approved chemical handling procedures., Physical lifting up to 40-lbs frequently throughout the shift., Shift flexibility., 24/7 manufacturing facility, rotating, days, swing or night shifts and weekends, Work days and shifts may change to help cover vacations/absences, during plant downtime or related events such as audits.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Minimum of (2)-two years of demonstrated work experience in food manufacturing, Lift truck certification or the ability to obtain a lift truck certification (Powered Industrial Truck), math skills, Proficient computer skills, software and data entry, technical skills, ability to operate and understand equipment controls, touch panels and mechanical operations, Successful completion of drug screen and background check, verbal and written communication skills, Demonstrated work history, Good attendance is a must
Nice to Have
dairy food manufacturing experience preferred, Advanced quality/food safety training and/or certifications is a plus, SAP a plus
What You'll Do.
Safe and efficient operation of production equipment
Follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
Collect routine product samples
Perform routine testing
Follow all established aseptic controls
Set-up portion control cup and seal materials
Identify and communicate out-of-specification product conditions
Perform routine equipment adjustments
Safe operation of a lift truck
Complete production records and documents
Perform equipment change-overs
Perform environmental controls
Perform product reclaim and rework operations
Support internal and external audits
Follow all established occupational health and safety procedures
Follow all established GMP’s and Food Safety requirements
Cross-train with other departments
Perform good housekeeping

Ready to bring your best? _Position Responsibilities_ * Safe and efficient operation of production equipment to include: Purity filling equipment. * Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s) in detail without deviation. * Collect routine product samples and perform routine testing to inspect the cup and seal for leaks, defects to ensure quality specifications are met. * Follow all established aseptic controls and procedures. * Set-up and use the appropriate portion control cup and seal materials in accordance with the production run schedule. * Set-up coders, validate product codes in accordance with code specifications. * Identify and effectively communicate any out-of-specification product conditions. Follow the established notification protocol. * Perform routine equipment adjustments per product type. * Safe operation of a lift truck. * Accurately and neatly complete production records and documents. * Perform equipment change-overs, CIP/SIP, clean-up and equipment set-up. * Perform environmental controls. * Perform product reclaim and rework operations in accordance with reclaim guidelines. * Support internal and external audits. * Follow all established occupational health and safety procedures. * Follow all established GMP’s and Food Safety requirements. * Cross-train with other departments. * Perform good housekeeping within established housekeeping guidelines. * Comply with federal, state and local dairy food regulations. * Adhere to the Saputo Code of Ethics, actively apply the Saputo Company Values. * Work together with co-workers and other department personnel. * Other duties as required by management. _Job requirements_ * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimu
