Must Have
Bachelor's degree, Seven to nine years of experience in commercial real estate loan administration or related field, management experience
Nice to Have
Thorough knowledge of all operational systems/procedures and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) products, Thorough knowledge of credit policies, procedures and terminology, and regulations, Thorough knowledge of real estate lending including letters of credit, borrower based lending, multi-phased construction and multiple collateral properties, Well-developed technical expertise in closing and administration functions, Thorough knowledge of commercial real estate finance, law, documentation, accounting, processes/procedures, operational risk management and data systems, Well-developed customer relations skills, Excellent verbal and written communications skills, Ability to manage multiple tasks, Experience managing people in a commercial credit environment

Perfecting the bank's interest
Administrative management of loan portfolios
Manage CRE Real Estate Structured Finance Loan Administration
Ensure prudent risk management
Collaborate with Deal Team members
Negotiate with outside counsel
