## _**Job Description:**_ **Job Title: CRDU Risk & Control - AVP** **Corporate Title: AVP** **Location: Pune, India** **Role Description** This role will be part of the CRDU Governance team within the Credit Risk Data Unit (CRDU) where the candidate will be responsible to support Pillar 3 audit remediation focusing on CRR3 regulations. **What we’ll offer you** As part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you’ll enjoy, * Best in class leave policy. * Gender neutral parental leaves * 100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral) * Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education * Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members * Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents * Accident and Term life Insurance * Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above **Your key responsibilities** * Drive the resolution of Pillar 3 (CRR3/Off BS) audit findings, ensuring all actions are completed on time and meet internal and regulatory standards. * Identify and address issues within remediation efforts, finding solutions and acting proactively to keep progress on track. * Support internal and external audits by providing necessary data (e.g., from FDW for credit risk) and tracking audit-related changes. * Prepare and present clear updates on remediation status, progress, and results to stakeholders and management. * Maintain thorough and organized records of all remediation activities and audit responses. * Work effectively with various teams across the bank to support remediation efforts. **Your skills and experience** * Good Knowledge of regulatory requirements like ECB, CRR, CRD, Basel3 & Basel3.1 requirements * Understanding of exposure calculation under different models e.g. SA-CCR and IMM * Knowledge of Exposure Metrics like RWA, TCD, Output floor, EPE/EE, Statistical Modelling (Monte Carlo Simulation, etc.) * Team management experience * An analytical mindset and good
