Working as part of a collaborative team, this role requires a proactive and organised individual who can manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.**​** **What a typical day looks like:** * Processing customer and subcontractor orders * Managing the CPS works calendar & booking service visits * Report writing and site work analysis * Ordering parts and consumables as necessary * Arranging site access for engineers & undertaking briefings * Managing fault calls and warranty issues * Updating CPS systems accordingly * Ensuring any other operational duties are undertaken as and when necessary **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Previous experience in a service coordination, administrative, or operational support role * Strong team player with a positive and proactive approach * Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy * Excellent written and verbal
