Must Have
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience, Five to seven years of relationship management experience, Fuel industry knowledge, Sales experience, Solid communication & presentation skills
Nice to Have
sales, relationship management and business development abilities, experience in fleet, fuel or financial industry is strongly preferred, Advanced knowledge of Corporate Payment Systems products and services, Broad knowledge of bank products and services that result in successfully capitalizing on all opportunities to expand relationships and sales of the Bank's products, analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to work effectively with individuals, groups, and vendors across the company to manage customer relationships, Well-developed written communication and verbal presentation skills, Card-lock, OTR, fuel distributor experience
What You'll Do.
Manage relationship activities for clients
Prospect for new business opportunities
Retain and expand existing customer relationships
Monitor and enhance profitability of assigned relationships
Manage non-credit risk for customer portfolio
Sales of all bank products groups
Source prospects and develop new customer relationships
Provide consultative advice to customers
Grow portfolios through program optimization
Make appropriate referrals
Contract negotiation and execution
