0–2 years of experience working with Salesforce in a configuration, admin, analyst, or technical support role, Hands-on experience with a CPQ system (Salesforce CPQ, ServicePath, Conga CPQ, Oracle CPQ, etc. ), Basic understanding of sales processes such as quoting, pricing, discounting, and approvals, analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to learn new systems quickly and work in a collaborative team environment, Clear written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience or exposure to ServicePath CPQ, Salesforce Administrator or CPQ-related certification (or interest in pursuing certification), Familiarity with Salesforce concepts such as objects, flows, validation rules, and reports, Experience supporting internal business users in a technology or systems role
What You'll Do.
Support the day-to-day operation of the CPQ system within Salesforce
Assist with configuring products
Help troubleshoot CPQ-related issues and support Sales and Operations users
Participate in gathering and documenting business requirements for CPQ enhancements
Assist with testing (UAT) of CPQ changes
Maintain CPQ-related documentation
including configuration logic and user guides
