What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years experience within CPG / FMCG / consumer retail environments, Familiarity working within food & beverage, retail, or ecommerce environments, understanding of retail math and pricing, to support product pricing and the maintenance of price lists
Nice to Have
Experience supporting wholesale partnerships or retail accounts preferred

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone. Our client is a premium consumer brand focused on expanding its presence across ecommerce and retail channels. As the company continues growing its wholesale footprint, they are investing in stronger retail partnerships, wholesale expansion initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to support long-term retail growth and account performance. LOCATION Fully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST ROLE OVERVIEW The CPG Retail Sales Manager will support and manage relationships with retail buyers, wholesale partners, and brokers while helping drive retail growth initiatives across key accounts. This role will focus on account coordination, retailer communication, sales presentations, wholesale operations, and supporting strategies that improve distribution, shelf placement, and retail performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple retail relationships in a fast-paced consumer brand environment.
