What You'll Do.
Initial point of contact for both new and existing clients
Conduct diagnostic evaluations
including titration studies
for patients experiencing sleep-disordered breathing
Offer guidance on CPAP equipment
setup and ongoing service requirements
Provide follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patients
Educate patients and their families about sleep disorders
evaluation procedures
and available treatment options
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers
Promote and upsell our product range and services
Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment
Administration tasks including but not limited to stock management
