Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy. We are currently looking for a Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant to join our team at the Leura clinic. In this role, you will be crucial in enhancing our customer care and managing sleep apnea treatments for our patients. As a Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant, you will collaborate closely with physicians to create tailored and effective treatment plans that address the specific needs of each patient. Training provided. This role is part-time, 2 days/ week. ## How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? * Initial point of contact for both new and existing patients * Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for patients experiencing sleep-disordered breathing * Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup and ongoing service requirements * Provide follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patients * Educate patients and their families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures, and available treatment options * Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers * Promote and upsell our product range and services * Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment * Administration tasks including but not limited to stock management ## Are you a MATCH? * Good communication skills * Strong organisational and administrational skills * Experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction * Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines * Valid Australian working rights ## **About Air Liquide** A world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, Air Liquide is present in 78 countries with approximately 64,500 employees and serves more than 3.8 million customers and patients.
