Stay informed and up to date regarding different SMS & RCS product offerings

WHAT YOU'LL DO Braze is seeking an experienced and dedicated CPaaS FinOps Lead for our growing portfolio of Messaging solutions, including SMS, MMS, RCS, and others. In this dynamic role, you will work with the Product Vendor Management team, and collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales, Pricing, Product Management, & Partnerships to ensure Braze stays profitable and competitive. Key Responsibilities: Ownership of our vendor contracts and relationships with our SMS/MMS, RCS, Email, and WhatsApp vendors Analyze and maintain pricing and cost data sheets and recurrently produce up-to-date cost sheets based on changing prices. Constantly reevaluate prices, competitive trends, margins, and customer volumes to ensure we have the most competitive rates in each region and product line Maintain product cost bottom line, negotiation with vendors on customer bespoke pricing requests to ensure selling strategies ensure maximization
