Must Have
High school Degree, HSED, GED or Equivalent years of relevant experience, Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing industry, Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds at shoulder height, Basic level proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and LIMs, export compliance eligibility for access to U. S. controlled technology, qualify as either a U. S. citizen, a U. S. National, a lawful permanent resident of the U. S. , a Person Admitted into the U. S. as an Asylee or Refugee. , a National of a country that is not prohibited from having access to U. What You'll Do.
sets up and operates departmental equipment to perform bulk material processing for the department Product line
introduced to standard chemical preparations
perform reactions in drying/kiln type furnace operations according to production orders
Performs all operational steps for powdered starting material
concentrating off Isopropyl alcohol (IPA)
vacuum drying and calcination
Completes blend calculations
Sets up and runs mills and monitors process
Performs Particle Size Distribution analysis on milled material
Read SOP’s & Work Instructions
Prepare reaction vessels for the next run by rinsing
ultrasonic cleaning and wiping
Load reaction vessels with prepared chemicals by pouring
scooping or mechanically dispensing
Remove materials from the reaction vessels and clean reaction vessels
