Must Have
2–4 years of progressive experience in coverage and recruiting environments, Proven strength in inside sales, Demonstrated ability to convert recruiting and sales tactics into repeatable systems, Data-driven decision maker, Experienced in setting and operationalizing OKRs, Effective escalation manager, Holds team members accountable, Skilled coach, Highly self-sufficient, communicator and collaborator across departments
