What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Master's degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience, At least 5 years’ track record experience with substantial experience in the asset management industry in China, Existing relationships with eligible Chinese institutional investors such as QDIIs (especially insurance companies and asset managers) and sovereign entities, Deep understanding of the Chinese investors including investment needs, regulatory constraints and operational requirements, Commercial mindset, Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail, ability to manage priorities and work in demanding fast-paced environment, Results-oriented self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as a team member, Ability to build relationships with a range of teams and individuals and influence outcomes, Solution driven and used initiative to propose new, practical strategies/solutions, Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English & Mandarin

What You'll Do.

Partner with the client coverage team in Hong Kong SAR to help identifying business opportunities with eligible institutional investors in the Chinese Mainland

Further drive DWS’ market share in China via strategic account planning

initiatives development and partnership opportunities

Showcase entrepreneurship with a deep understanding of the unique requirements of Chinese institutional investors including investment needs

regulatory constraints and operational requirement

Partner with relevant internal stakeholders to help DWS further improving its capabilities

infrastructure and processes required for successfully servicing Chinese clients

Gain a deep understanding of DWS’ global investment capabilities across Active

Passive and Alternatives
