Bachelor's degree, US Citizen, Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST", 10+ years of experience in data migration, data conversion, data integration, project leadership roles, Experience supporting courts/justice clients, understanding of data migration methodologies, data mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, validation, Experience managing complex technical projects, Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, Ability to document processes, track issues, provide clear status updates, Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
Nice to Have
Familiarity with data migration tools, ETL processes, reporting tools, database platforms, Experience with enterprise software implementations, system modernization initiatives, Knowledge of data governance, data quality, information management best practices, Project management certification, formal training, Experience supporting remote teams, geographically distributed stakeholders
