Perform IA Court docket management
Scan paperwork relative to cases
Perform case management entries
Perform case management retrievals
Answer public information phone line
Log and track filings
Update case monitoring system
Review case files for contacts
Gather parties for hearings
Direct cases to courtroom
Provide information for Judicial Officer review
Process search warrants
Process warrants for arrest
Process after-hours Direct Complaints

**Posting Date** 06/09/26 **Application Deadline** 06/16/26 **Pay Range** Min - 1st Quartile - Mid - Max $21.25 - $24.19 - $27.13 - $33.00 The expected ENTRY pay range for this position based on experience and equity within the Judicial Branch is $22.09 to $24.19. In addition, the Courtroom Assistant processes time sensitive paperwork such as search warrants, arrest warrants and direct complaints.
