High School diploma or GED, Three (3) years administrative experience, Experience in court or legal environment

Bilingual skills in Spanish/English, Experience within a courtroom, Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Experience with Microsoft Word, Experience with iCIS, Experience with multi-line telephone systems, Experience with copy machine, Experience with fax machine
What You'll Do.
Provide coordination of courtroom proceedings
Perform specialized legal clerical support duties
Prepare courtroom for hearings
Coordinate courtroom actions with Courtroom Clerk
Manage courtroom during proceedings
Maintain order and integrity of court process
Escort jurors to and from courtroom
Tend to needs of jury
Answer non-legal questions for jury
Assist witnesses and attorneys during proceedings
Monitor exhibits for admission
Prepare e-courtroom equipment for use
Coordinate use of equipment during hearing
Run equipment during hearing
Troubleshoot technical issues with equipment
Utilize court system to check-in
Utilize printed calendar to determine presence
Obtain additional information/documents from litigants
Call parties into courtroom
Communicate cases called with courtroom clerk
Communicate cases called with Judicial Officer
Prepare files for the court
Distribute court calendar
Review files for missing information
Review files for court readiness
Review motions for accuracy
Review motions for compliance with rules
Contact parties for missing information
Assist with case processing
Assist with setting hearings
Provide hearing dates during court proceedings
Perform data entry of hearing outcomes
Perform data entry of hearing results
Modify existing records
Initiate court ordered actions
Complete final upload of documents
Work collaboratively with other divisions
Offer assistance in times of need
Offer assistance in emergency situations

**Posting Date** 06/10/26 **Application Deadline** Open Until Filled **Pay Range** Min - 1st Quartile - Mid - Max $44,200.00 - $50,310.00 - $56,420.00 - $68,640.00 The expected ENTRY pay range for this position based on experience and equity within the Judicial Branch is $45,947.20 to $50,310.00.
