What You'll Do.
Prepare courtroom for hearings
Coordinate courtroom actions
Manage courtroom during proceedings
Maintain order and integrity
Escort jurors to courtroom
Assist witnesses and attorneys
Monitor exhibits for admission
Prepare e-courtroom equipment
Coordinate use of equipment
Run equipment during hearing
Troubleshoot technical issues
Utilize court system (iCIS)
Check-in and printed calendar
Determine case parties presence
Obtain additional information/documents
Call parties into courtroom
Communicate cases called
Prepare files for court
Distribute court calendar
Review files for missing information
Review files for court readiness
Review motions for accuracy
Review motions for compliance
Contact parties for missing information
Assist with case processing
Provide hearing dates
Modify existing records
Initiate court ordered actions
Complete final upload of documents
Work collaboratively with divisions
Offer assistance in need
