Eligibility Requirements

Employees will be reimbursed for the use of a privately owned vehicle for work purposes at the current mileage reimbursement rate established by the U. S. General Services Administration., The employee may need to communicate clearly, perceive details of objects that are close by, and maintain various physical positions for extended periods, such as sitting, standing, or walking., The job may involve using hands for tasks such as typing, handling objects, or operating tools, as well as reaching with hands and arms., Occasionally, the employee may be required to move or lift objects weighing up to 20 pounds., Background and/or fingerprint check required., Must completely and fully answer any questions regarding felony and misdemeanor convictions including any convictions that have been expunged or set aside.

Must Have

High school diploma or GED, Two (2) years of general clerical or administrative experience OR Post-secondary education may substitute for the experience requirement on a year-for-year basis, Valid Arizona Driver License and reliable vehicle by time of hire

What You'll Do.

Provides administrative support to the Family Department

which includes scheduling administrative conferences and court hearings based on petitions

and other legal documents

Delivers excellent customer service while answering a high volume of questions from internal and external customers by phone

Performs a variety of case management functions

including reviewing case status reports and researching cases

Assist internal and external customers with complex questions regarding a variety of departmental processes and procedures

Trains new and existing staff on Department policies

Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to photocopying

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

**Posting Date** 05/14/26 **Application Deadline** 05/20/26 **Pay Range** Min - 1st Quartile - Mid - Max $20.25 - $22.81 - $25.38 - $30.50 The expected ENTRY pay range for this position based on experience and equity within the Judicial Branch is $21.03 to $21.53.
