What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4-5 years of experience creating technical learning content for both eLearning and instructor-led formats, Foundational knowledge or interest in cybersecurity and networking, writing, visual communication, and presentation slide design skills, Proven ability to learn technical products quickly and translate SME input into clear, task-based training, Video development and editing proficiency, building interactive eLearning using tools such as Articulate or Adobe (Storyline, Rise, or Captivate)
Nice to Have
Prior experience or familiarity with Zscaler or similar products and solutions, Experience using AI tools responsibly to accelerate content development workflows, Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning analytics
What You'll Do.
Partner with SMEs to capture real workflows and translate them into course designs
Create instructor-ready PPT decks that tell a clear technical story and are easy to teach
Design and develop highly engaging
modular eLearning including scenarios
Build and validate hands-on labs and product demos in the actual product
troubleshooting issues end-to-end
Develop assessments mapped to objectives
including quiz items and scenario/task-based questions
