Weekends and evenings possible to support course implementation, including during summer, spring, and fall professional learning institutes and enrollment deadlines._** ## **Purpose** Supports efforts and ensures fidelity of implementation of the OnRamps History courses and to coordinate a high-level of instructional and professional development service and support to OnRamps Instructors, OnRamps Students, and UT Faculty. ## **Responsibilities** * Supervises full-time staff to ensure the provision of 1:1 instructional, professional development, and technical service and support to instructors to ensure implementation fidelity, teacher growth in OnRamps four pillars, and retention. Manages systems to provide just in time support to instructors using standardized support strategies. Designs and implements strategic interventions for teachers/student improvement. * Leads the design and implemention of annual professional learning institutes during Summer, Fall, and Spring for Onramps instructors in close collaboration with OnRamps Assistant Director, and Professional Learning and Development team to ensure and enhance course impleme
