What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree in Rhetoric, English Language Arts, or closely related field, five years teaching experience at a high school or college level, Proficient in Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) or another LMS, Exceptional customer service skills, Ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders with decorum and tact, Ability to communicate technical information to lay audiences using a respectful, client-focused approach, Demonstrated understanding of High School teaching and learning in Rhetoric or English Language Arts courses
Nice to Have
Doctoral degree in Rhetoric, English Language Arts, or closely related field, Experience developing curriculum, preferably for online delivery, Experience leading large instructional teams at scale, Experience developing and delivering professional-development initiatives for high school teachers, Experience developing and maintaining online professional learning communities for students and/or teachers, Two years teaching experience in Rhetoric, English Language Arts, or closely related content area at a high school level

Manages systems to provide just in time support to instructors using standardized support strategies.
