What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree in History or closely related field, five years teaching experience at a high school or college level, Proficient in Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) or another LMS, Exceptional customer service skills, Ability to communicate technical information to lay audiences, Demonstrated understanding of High School teaching and learning in History courses
Nice to Have
Doctoral degree in History or closely related field, Experience developing curriculum, preferably for online delivery, Experience leading large instructional teams at scale, Experience developing and delivering professional-development initiatives for high school teachers, Experience developing and maintaining online professional learning communities for students and/or teachers, Two years teaching experience in History or closely related content area at a high school level
