**About the Role** Eastbourne Downs Golf Club is seeking an experienced, motivated, and forward-thinking Course Manager to lead the maintenance, presentation, and long-term development of the golf course and surrounding grounds. As part of the Get Golfing CIO group, this role combines high standards of course conditioning with a strong commitment to sustainability, community engagement, and team leadership. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of course maintenance, machinery management, health and safety compliance, environmental stewardship, and staff development, ensuring the course consistently delivers an exceptional playing experience for members, guests, and visitors. **About Get Golfing CIO** Get Golfing CIO is a charity and social enterprise dedicated to preserving and improving golf clubs for the benefit of members, local communities, and future generations.
