Login to your McGill Workday account and apply to this posting using the Find Jobs report (type Find Jobs in the search bar).** The Trottier Institute for Sustainability in Engineering and Design (TISED) is inviting applications for a Course Lecturer position for the Fall 2026 semester. **Course Title and Course Number:** Foundations of Sustainability for Engineering and Design- SEAD 500 (3 credits) **Course schedule:** Mondays Tuesdays Course will be delivered on Mondays and Tuesdays over a few weeks during the semester. Specific weeks to be confirmed. **Deadline to Apply:** 06/12/2026 @ 11:59 p.m. (ET) **Teaching Qualification Requirements Education :** Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Engineering, Science, or a closely related field **Experience :** Teaching experience in a university environment in English and/or French **Other qualification requirement(s):** Demonstrated knowledge (e.g., through publications, theses, work experience) in sustainability perspectives from different fields and disciplines, including the social and political dimensions of sustainability, and their implications for problem formulation and policy development and analysis. Demonstrated knowledge of ethical considerations and strategies of implementation as related to engineering and design.
