CANS 312 Disability, Technology, and Public Affairs The course will analyze the evolution of disability rights in Canada from institutionalization to contemporary movements for justice, examining federal and provincial policy frameworks, with particular attention to Quebec's distinct approach. Teaching Qualification Requirements: Education: Master’s Degree (PhD preferred) Experience: Knowledge and teaching experience in Canadian disability rights policies.
