As a Course Adviser, you’ll own the full sales journey. From first enquiry through to enrolment, guiding prospective students into the right course for their goals. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role where success comes from building trust, understanding motivations, and confidently leading candidates to a decision. As a Course Adviser, you will: * Engage with warm, pre-qualified course enquiries, providing timely, supportive and student-focused responses * Clearly explain course options, entry requirements and study pathways to help prospective students make informed decisions * Guide applicants through the enrolment process, nurturing interest and supporting progression through to successful conversion * Use a consultative, relationship-based approach to convert warm leads into enrolled students while achieving enrolment targets * Maintain accurate student records in the CRM system and support key administrative activities across the enrolment journey ## Qualifications * Previous experience in a course adviser or sales/customer service role * Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills * Strong ability to build rapport with prospective students * Ability to meet KPIs and work both independently and within a team * Experience in education or use of CRM systems is advantageous * Working with Children Check (employee or state equivalent) or willingness to obtain ## Additional Information This is a sales positi
