Experience in education or use of CRM systems is advantageous

Respond to and follow up on course enquiries
Explain course options and study requirements
Guide prospective students through the enrolment process
Use sales and relationship-building techniques to meet enrolment targets
Maintain accurate student records in our CRM system
Support administrative functions related to student engagement
