Key Responsibilities: * Build positive relationships with prospective students, their families, and stakeholders, providing a friendly and supportive environment. * Guide students through the enrolment process, answering their queries, and ensuring a smooth transition into their chosen programmes. * Promote our brand and educational offerings by connecting with organisations, schools, and the local community through outreach and marketing activities. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations. * Maintain accurate records and databases, demonstrating attention to detail and organisational skills. * Continuously seek opportunities to motivate and inspire students, helping them achieve their educational and career aspirations. ## Qualifications The successful candidate will: * Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels and understand diverse student needs. * Have high sales and engagement capability, including asking quality questions and generating leads * Be highly organised with strong time management, demonstrating a results-driven and goal-oriented approach. * Be passionate for education and supporting people, particularly within primary industries * Be adaptable and proactive, with strong computer literacy, willingness to le
