High school diploma or equivalent, Active Driver's License, Licensed in Washington State as a Pharmacy Assistant within 3 months of hire, Excellent customer service skills, Desire to help others, Desire and ability to learn about all things Materials Management, Timeliness, Ability to effectively communicate with the Materials team and hospital personnel, Ability to be accurate when completing duties related to inventory and receiving
What You'll Do.
Move items from main storeroom to hospital areas
Ensure areas have necessary supplies
Work closely with Buyers to ensure sufficient inventory
Keep inventory well stocked and accessible
Assist with receiving
Perform courier services
Drive hospital vehicle for supply delivery and pick
Deliver items from storeroom to departments to replenish
Receive packages and pallets
Receive items into inventory control system
Check for outdated items
Move received items to shelves
Help Buyers maintain inventory levels
Help other team members
