As we launch and grow Omaha’s clinical and reference laboratory, this role requires flexibility and a team-first mindset. Prior to assuming regular courier routes, the Courier may assist with supplies and inventory management, as well as other activities that support operations. We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-service-oriented Courier with a clean driving record to join our team. The ideal candidate is adaptable, professional, and takes pride in representing the laboratory with clients and internal teams alike. Must maintain a professional appearance consistent with company dress and grooming standards and demonstrate a positive, customer-service-oriented attitude when interacting with clients, patients, and coworkers. Maintain cleanliness and perform maintenance on company vehicles and transport devices. Ensure compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA regulations. Document operations and complete necessary reports. Assist with training and communication among couriers and relevant departments. Maintain consistent, punctual, and reliable attendance to ensure continuity of operations and support for our team and patients.
