**Job Details:** **The starting Pay: $18.60/hr** Description: This position will be responsible for the pick-up and delivery of mail and other items/parts including chemicals as needed for the location. Will assist with keeping the grounds free of trash and the removal of snow and ice while maintaining a safe environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Task: Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, bend, stretch, reach, work in extreme hot, cold, inclement weather, and odors. Will be required to obtain the certification and operate a forklift, street sweeper and tractor. Must have the ability to read and understand policies, procedures and regulations. Must have the ability to document information. Must have the ability to communicate with others written and verbally. Will be responsible for all other duties assigned by supervisor. Requirements: **This position requires a valid Arkansas Driver’s License and clean driving record. Applicants must be 18 years of age.** Applicants who have worked for Tyson three times will not be considered. Minimum 6 month waiting period from previous Tyson employment.
