Courier

Labcorp is seeking a **Courier** to join our team at Tucson, AZ **Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:00pm - 8:30pm. overtime and rotating weekends may be required.** **Job Responsibilities:** * Load all necessary supplies needed for the daily pickups * Complete daily pick up schedule in a timely manner * Deliver all daily picks to your branch at the end of your shift * Handle all specimens and lab samples in safe and efficient manner * Safely operate company vehicle and obey all traffic laws * Utilize handheld electronic device to manage daily picks up * Work directly with dispatcher for additional pick-ups as needed * Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes and weather conditions as needed **Preferred Qualifications:** * Current or Prior Labcorp experience * 2 or more years of professional courier or route‑based delivery experience, ideally within a medical or laboratory company. * 1 or more years of experience handling medical specimens or supporting hospital / laboratory operations * 2 or more years of experience using handheld delivery‑management devices or route optimization tools, such as scanners, GPS‑based routing software, or dispatch applications **Additional Job Standards:** * Valid Driver's License and good driving record * Be at least 21 years old * Punctual with strong time management skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Customer service experience * Ability to problem solve customer issues * Able to lift up to 50 lbs. * Flexibility to work overtime as needed * Strong communication skills; both written and verbal * Ability to work independently and in a team * Comfortable working under minimal supervision **At Labcorp we have a passion in helping people live happy and healthy lives.
