What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field, 3–5 years of experience in Coupa or similar procurement/ERP platforms, understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, Coupa functional configuration, Workflow management, Business rule setup, Production support, Basic understanding of integrations (API / JSON / XML), Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle / SAP / Workday)
Nice to Have
Experience in Coupa implementation or support projects, Knowledge of supplier onboarding and invoice automation processes, Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery model, Basic SQL or data validation skills, Coupa certification is a plus
What You'll Do.
Support and enhance the enterprise Coupa Software platform
Perform functional analysis
Provide system configuration support
Resolve production issues
Optimize business processes
Gather and analyze business requirements
Translate business needs into configurations
Support design and optimization of S2P workflows
Support configuration and maintenance of Coupa modules
Manage approval workflows
Manage business rules and validations
Manage user roles and access controls
Perform system monitoring
Handle L2/L3 support tickets
Handle service requests
Perform root cause analysis
Support release activities
Ensure timely resolution of system issues
Support data flows between Coupa and ERP systems
Validate inbound/outbound integration data
Assist technical teams in troubleshooting integration issues
and reporting validation

Prepare test scenarios
Assist business users during testing cycles
Support change requests
Support release documentation
Maintain functional documentation
Maintain process flows
Ensure compliance with governance standards
Support audit requirements
