Role Summary We are seeking a Coupa Analyst (3–5 years experience) to support and enhance the enterprise Coupa Software platform. The role focuses on functional analysis, system configuration support, production issue resolution, and business process optimization across Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable) and technical teams to ensure smooth Coupa operations and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Functional & Business Analysis * Work with Procurement, Finance, and AP teams to gather and analyze business requirements. * Translate business needs into Coupa functional configurations and process changes. * Support design and optimization of Source-to-Pay (S2P) workflows. Coupa Platform Support * Support configuration and maintenance of Coupa modules such as: * Procurement (Requisitions & Purchase Orders) * Invoicing (AP automation) * Supplier Information Management (SIM) * Expenses (if applicable) * Manage: * Approval workflows * Business rules and validations * User roles and access controls * Perform system monitoring and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
