We are currently looking for Coupa Administrator / Business Systems Analyst Key Responsibilities Administer and configure Coupa S2C and P2P modules, with focus on Procurement and Sourcing. Configure approval workflows, sourcing events, business rules, and templates. Support and administer the CLM module, including contracts, clauses, and approvals. Translate business requirements into Coupa configurations and system solutions. Provide day-to-day production support (KTLO) and troubleshoot functional or data issues. Build saved searches, reports, and dashboards for business users. Support testing, UAT, and controlled deployments for Coupa changes. Collaborate with IT on Coupa integrations (ERP, suppliers, middleware). Maintain basic documentation and support user adoption. MUST (Required Skills certification is a plus. Awareness of Coupa integrations (cXML, CSV, REST APIs). ERP integration exposure (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, QAD, or similar). Experience in a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Systems Analyst role.
