What You'll Do.
Conduct educational programs for county clientele
Solicit support and participation within the county
Maintain knowledge of county characteristics
Serve as liaison with local leaders
Maintain knowledge of Arkansas Extension programs
Develop and execute annual action plan
deliver and teach educational programs
Provide opportunities for program participation
Share educational information with leaders
Leverage Extension specialists and research
implement and teach educational programs
Respond to clientele inquiries
Provide accurate diagnoses
Provide researched based recommendations
Support county 4-H program
Support related activities
Train for competitive events
Recruit and develop volunteers
Contribute to program delivery
Employ evaluation techniques
Measure impact of programs
Compile and communicate program results
Ensure compliance with civil rights
Maintain knowledge of rules and regulations
Promote inclusivity in programs
Ensure programs are accessible
Maintain accurate records
Complete and submit required reports
Collaborate with colleagues
Carry out and advance Extension mission
Establish and maintain good working relationships
Build network of supporters and volunteers
Maintain knowledge of researched based agricultural production
Attend in-service trainings
Attend professional development associations
Demonstrate knowledge of policies and procedures
