Join Roche, where every voice matters. ### ### The Position The Country Therapeutic Area Leader (cTAL) is a senior leadership role providing local leadership, driving both country and therapeutic area objectives. This role involves contributing to the Country Leadership Team,, partnering on process improvement and innovation, and leading a high-performing team. The cTAL is accountable for developing and executing the country TA strategy in alignment with global priorities, ensuring effective country delivery of studies, and performing country landscaping to support the pipeline. Effective stakeholder collaboration is critical, with a focus on proactive engagement with internal and external partners. In hub countries, the cTAL collaborates with the CH of the affiliated countries on TA strategy and study delivery. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply and will be considered.
