ABOUT THE ROLE As a key driver of Dandy’s expansion into Northern Europe, the Ops Manager / Country Lead (Netherlands) will step into a high-ownership, highly entrepreneurial role akin to being an operations lead at an early-stage startup. Operating out of a satellite pod structure, you will head on-the-ground operational efforts in the Netherlands while closely collaborating with our regional teams. The first 3 to 6 months will be focused exclusively on executing a seamless market launch. Once the market is stabilized, this high-leverage generalist role offers a distinct pathway to scale your career—whether by managing and growing the local Netherlands footprint, focusing on aggressive expansion across new Northern European geos, or serving as a broad strategic generalist.
