Must Have
Minimum 10 years of relevant Sales Management Channel experience, Deep experience and relationships with SaaS/Cloud community in SAARC, Sales growth oriented leader who drives rapid change and growth, Ability to define, develop and lead channel programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication
Nice to Have
preferably in SaaS/Cloud and software platforms or similar industry, able to establish, build and grow relationships, Exceptional collaboration, relationship-building and interpersonal skills, Curious, empathetic, fast learner who thrives in a high growth, continuous change environment
What You'll Do.
Drive sales growth through successful leadership
Serve as the local point person for all functions
build and drive the local hiring needs
Ensure we have proper leadership development-succession planning
build and execute strategies for SAARC
Interject as the single point of contact for all SAARC's operational concerns
Ensure that corporate policy and regulatory initiatives are consistently applied
Drive business cadence for forecast calls
Represent Cloudflare as appropriate at external conferences
Maintain relationships with the Economic Bureau of Development
