What You'll Do.
Supervise AOD Counseling/Peer Navigator staff
Evaluate staff performance
Provide coaching and training
Track Contractor staff performance
Implement corrective measures
Monitor counseling staff progress
Supervise orientation and intake processes
Approve SUD relapse prevention plans
Monitor SUD relapse prevention plans
Track participant progress
Provide training on ARMS documentation
Ensure ARMS documentation compliance
Provide training to AOD staff
Coordinate OMCP Mentors
Supervise OMCP Mentors
Ensure OMCP Mentors complete work-experience
Provide verification of internship hours
Record OMCP Mentor monthly hours
