Must Have
BACP Accredited Counsellors/Psychotherapists, NCPS Professional Accredited Registrants, UKCP Registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellors/Psychotherapists, 3 years of full-time post-qualification counselling experience
Nice to Have
Training in incident support, Corporate experience and business understanding

Provide high-quality counselling
Deliver comprehensive assessments

Follow sessional limits
Provide signposting or referrals
Offer wellbeing support
Conduct one-off assessments
Deliver group psychoeducation
Attend regular clinical supervision

work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team; liaising daily with internal and external services, organisations, and safeguarding agencies; collaborate with Clinical Leads and the wider therapy team; Collaborate with the operational and clinical team
