The Challenge: The Take-Two Interactive Legal team is responsible for protecting genre-defining franchises including Grand Theft Auto, Borderlands, Bioshock, Civilization, and more. We disrupt harmful and unauthorized commercial exploitation of world-famous IP while ensuring that our fans and creator communities can engage with the properties that they love. As Counsel, IP Enablement, you will serve as a tactical leader within our global brand and IP protection program. You will combine deep knowledge of trademark and copyright law and familiarity with the interactive entertainment industry to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and our day-to-day enforcement execution. Working closely with our IP enforcement function in New York, you will collaborate with colleagues across Take-Two legal, key vendors, and liaise with established outside counsel on discrete projects. What You’ll Take On: Supervise the identification and investigation of copyright and trademark infringers for the most recognizable brands in the video game industry.
