Must Have
experience in corporate, contractual, and regulatory law, with a focus on international companies, Proven track record in the tech and/or fintech industries, including an understanding of licensing processes and regulatory compliance, Solid knowledge of legal audits, internal controls, and risk management, Ability to understand and advise on complex business models, including digital products and cross-border operations, Experience interacting with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders, Analytical thinking and sound legal judgment for complex decision-making, High level of autonomy, proactivity, and prioritization skills in dynamic environments, Excellent verbal and written communication, with fluentilingual proficiency in English, Ability to influence and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (business, product, engineering), Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under high-demand standards
