The team ensures high availability, performance, data integrity, and disaster recovery readiness for business critical Capital Market applications. **_What you will be doing :_** * Key responsibilities include 24x7 support for Production & Non Production Couchbase Database Environment. * Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Couchbase clusters across environments, Monitor Cluster health, proactively identify and mitigate issues. * Configure and manage backup and restore processes using Couchbase Backup Service or supported tools. Supports DR exercises, security remediation, and support for major client migrations and releases. * You will be working closely with application, infrastructure, and SRE teams to maintain SLA compliance and ensure uninterrupted services for global Capital Market clients. **__** **_What you bring :_** * 3 to 6 Years of experience in Couchbase database administration. * You should have hands on experience managing Couchbase clusters in production environments, with a strong focus on availability, performance, and data consistency. * You are skilled in Couchbase cluster administration, bucket and index management, backup and recovery, upgrades, and troubleshooting performance issues. * You will be owning day to day operations, handling incidents, and working closely with application and infrastructure teams to ensure stable and scalable deployments.
