What They're Looking For.
Must Have
TS/SCI with Polygraph, Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of software development/engineering experience, 2 years supporting a specific COTS technology (Windows, Java, SQL/SQL Server), Seven years of experience may substitute for a degree, Experience troubleshooting and resolving COTS technology issues, Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, interest in system engineering or administration, Ability to complete Perceptive Content/Installer certification through Hyland within six months
Nice to Have
Experience with Agile development methodologies, Proficient with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Experience with Perceptive Content or other content/workflow management systems
