Working closely with Finance Operations, central Finance, Portfolio & Performance Leads and Delivery teams, the role establishes standard cost models, allocation principles and reporting views, and continuously improves the way D&T cost transparency supports outcomes rather than creating friction. **** **Role purpose** **** To enable informed decision‑making, accountability and cost optimisation across D&T by providing end‑to‑end cost visibility and fair, transparent chargeback/showback mechanisms, aligned to D&T’s operating and delivery model. **** **Key accountabilities**
