What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in cost control, cost management, or financial analysis related to construction or manufacturing, knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, and financial reporting, Proficiency with cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities, Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, or related field, Experience leading or supervising team members

Manage and monitor project budgets and costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare detailed cost reports and forecasts for senior management.
Analyze cost variances and identify potential risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
Support procurement activities by providing cost analysis and budget guidance.
Maintain and improve cost control processes and systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior cost team members as required.
