Expedient fact finding, processing & timely delivery of Cost Recovery major impact estimates; Driving supplier accountability to positively influence the behavior of our Suppliers; Create defensible estimates; Prepare supported claims; Calculate costs from supplier failures; Develop comprehensive claims for all costs incurred resulting from supplier-caused disruption; Prepare detailed and accurate Cost Recovery claims; Ensure estimates are handed off to our Supply Chain counterparts in a timely manner; Provide visibility to significant recovery projects

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or higher, 1+ years of experience working with large data sets in Excel, 1+ years of experience in production systems and integration of supply chain, 1+ years of experience supporting cross-functional teams ensuring alignment/completion, Experience with internal/external auditing
Nice to Have
3+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Upholds Boeing Cultural Values & Behaviors, Experience with root cause investigations, Adept at Excel & relevant Boeing data systems, presentation and communication skills at peer & all leadership levels
What You'll Do.
Expedient fact finding
processing & timely delivery of Cost Recovery major impact estimates
Driving supplier accountability to positively influence the behavior of our Suppliers
Analyze large production-system datasets and work with stakeholders to create defensible estimates
prepare supported claims
and calculate costs from supplier failures
Develop comprehensive claims for all costs incurred resulting from supplier-caused disruption
Prepare detailed and accurate Cost Recovery claims and ensures those estimates are handed off to our Supply Chain counterparts in a timely manner
Independently conducts and collaborates on ad-hoc analysis and peer reviews
Defines the scope and aligns functions to the claim approach and timing
Coordinates with Leadership of the Everett program(s)
Supply Chain & Finance to effectively prioritize & provide visibility to significant recovery projects
Advises Leadership on the technical
and legal aspects of in-work recoveries and scoping assessments

Team & Collaboration
Directly engage with cross-functional teams & Executives; Integrates with stakeholders to develop comprehensive claims; Collaborates on ad-hoc analysis and peer reviews; Aligns functions to the claim approach and timing; Coordinates with Leadership of the Everett program(s), Supply Chain & Finance; Supporting cross-functional teams ensuring alignment/completion
Communication Scope
Clear executive communication; Presents updates to executive leadership in multiple forums; presentation and communication skills at peer & all leadership levels
Process & Methodology
